This assignment supports BBPMP in West Java in implementing the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology's strategic and priority programmes. It combines regional policy implementation with institutional capacity development and partnerships to sustain the Merdeka Belajar programme.
The scope includes work planning, advocacy and mentoring, monitoring and evaluation, risk mitigation and resolution of stakeholder issues. Activities also include staff coaching and training, transfer of knowledge to civil servants, and development of partnerships across the education sector.
Description of Assignment:
The purpose The activities include mentoring the West Java Province BBPMP to accelerate both the work process and the results of the strategic and priority work programs of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, support for the transformation of the West Java Province BBPMP through Human Resource development and assisting the West Java Province BBPMP in opening networks with external parties for the sustainability of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology’s priority programs.
The objective The purpose of this Consulting Services activity is to support the achievement of strategic programs and priorities of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology through the performance of the West Java Province BBPMP so that it can be accepted and implemented in all provinces, districts/cities in Indonesia.
The scope of work for this consulting assignment comprises:
- Preparation of work program plans for expert staff/consulting services related to advocacy activities, mentoring, risk mitigation, as well as monitoring and evaluation in the West Java Province area.
- Implementation of advocacy, mentoring, risk mitigation, as well as monitoring and evaluation of the Center to Areas in the West Java Province.
- Risk identification and mitigation.
- Facing issues, challenges, and potential conflict resolution between stakeholders interest.
- Implementation of Capacity Development activities (capacity building) Human Resources (HR) of the West Java Province BBPMP through various mentoring approaches/coaching/training (IHT), and others.
- Transferring knowledge to ASN at the West Java Province BBPMP regarding activities Advocacy, assistance to stakeholders, and development of Human Resources (HR)
- Opening and building cooperation between the West Java Province BBPMP and external parties (Education Ecosystem) to ensure the implementation of the sustainability of the Policy program. Merdeka Belajar.
- Implementation of other tasks that support the strategic work program and assigned priorities BBPMP West Java Province.
