Description of Assignment:
The purpose of this activity is to carry out Job Analysis and Workload Analysis which includes the preparation process, implementation and results of the work with the aim that the work can be carried out in accordance with laws and regulations, effectively, efficiently and on target both physically, financially and in terms of benefits.
The scope of work Department Analysis and Workload Analysis activities are as follows:

- Data collection includes organizational structure, job descriptions and other supporting documents.
- Making a work program.
- Personnel preparation.

- In the implementation activities, the following will be carried out:
- Socialization/General explanation regarding the implementation of Job Analysis and Workload Analysis.
- Data collection through filling out forms; interviews, and observations;
- Data processing.
- Formulation of Job Evaluation Results.
- Reporting on activity results
