This assignment develops Bulungan Regency's 2022–2026 Research and Development Master Plan. It links regional strengths and leading commodities with innovation priorities and development clusters.
The scope covers research, assessment, development, engineering, implementation, operation and policy evaluation. Priorities address governance and public services, innovation, and science and technology, with reference to Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 17 of 2016.
Description of Assignment:
The objective of this activity is as follows:
- To inventory and determine the master plan research and development activities (Kelitbangan) Bulungan Regency 2022-2026 based on regional superior commodities as a regional innovation initiative in Bulungan Regency.
- To determine and strengthen development clusters in Bulungan Regency.
Manfaat of this activity are:
- With the determination of the Bulungan Regency Research and Development Master Plan for 2022-2026, it can be used to formulate research and development concepts that are adapted to specific local conditions.
- Membantu stakeholder in Bulungan Regency in taking strategic policy steps to advance the region As a direction in strengthening development clusters in Bulungan Regency in the form of regional innovation initiatives in Bulungan Regency.
The scope of work the work of preparing the Bulungan Regency Research and Development Master Plan for 2022-2026, namely those related to development policies in the Bulungan Regency area including research and development activities focused on the main research and development activities (research, assessment, development, engineering, implementation, operation, and evaluation of policies) which are grouped into priority agendas according to the mandate of Home Affairs Ministerial Regulation Number 17 of 2016, namely:
- Field of governance and public services.
- Field of innovation and development of science and technology.
