This assignment assesses the development needs and feasibility of community health centres in Bogor City. It provides a five-year planning basis that considers population growth and National Health Insurance (JKN) capitation enrolment.
The analysis covers the number and distribution of centres, strategic locations, workloads across 25 centres, JKN enrolment arrangements, population characteristics and service needs. Recommendations address the distribution of workload and opportunities for distinctive services at each centre.

The purpose study analysis (feasibility study) this health center to get input in the development and construction of the health center, so that the results feasibility study This will be used as a reference basis in determining health center development and construction policies.

Preparation of roadmap The development and expansion of community health centers over the next 5 years will be adjusted to the number of JKN capitation participants and the population growth trend, thus obtaining the following recommendations:
- The ideal number and distribution of community health centers in Bogor City based on the number of JKN capitation participants and the population increase trend;
- The strategic location of the health centers that will be built or developed, the characteristics of the superior services of each health center.
The scope of work This development analysis study is a consultancy work that can provide the following recommendations:
- Data analysis of the need for community health center development based on the trend of population increase and community health center capitation participants per year for 5 years.
- Workload analysis data from 25 community health centers and provides recommendations for an even workload per community health center.
- Data analysis of JKN capitation participants and providing recommendations for JKN membership arrangements.
- Data analysis of the characteristics of the Bogor city population and providing recommendations for the required health center services.
- Service analysis data and recommendations for superior services per community health center.
