This assignment supports implementation of national education policies through the provincial education quality assurance institution in Central Java, covering 35 regencies and cities.
The work includes programme planning, advocacy and technical assistance to local governments, monitoring and evaluation, risk assessment and mitigation, and resolution of stakeholder issues. It also covers staff development through mentoring, coaching and training, coordination of consultancy activities, and progress reporting.

The purpose of this activity is to select or hold a consultant companion for the BBPMP of Central Java Province so that there is acceleration both in terms of work processes and results in terms of policy implementation. The scope of work for this consulting assignment comprises:
Preparation of work program plans related to data analysis activities for regional education report cards, education report cards for early childhood education units, elementary, middle, high school, and special needs education units in 35 districts/cities in Central Java Province, findings, policy implications along with thematic reports.
Perancangan system information that makes it easier for BBPMP Central Java Province HR to carry out advocacy, assistance, as well as monitoring and evaluating policies Kemendikbudristek to local governments and to educational units in 35 districts/cities in Central Java Province.
Implementation of BBPMP Human Resources (HR) development activities through various mentoring/coaching/training approaches, etc.
The implementation of other tasks outside the provisions above is in line with the strategic work program carried out by the BBPMP of Central Java Province.
