This assignment administers registration and participation fees for 60 National Library employees attending a personal development and workforce capacity programme.
The scope includes collecting participant information, processing payments, maintaining fee records, and reporting on registration and related administration.
Description of Assignment:
The purpose of this work/procurement participant registration fee services in the context of activity mental development and quality of employee resources in the National Library environment Republic Indonesia (Perpusnas RI) to mecarry out the registration process for 60 participants of the activity including administrative activities starting from recording participant information to paying the event participation fee.
The objective of this the work/procurement of services is to carry out the registration fee process for 60 participants who took part in the activity mental development and quality of employee resources within the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia.
The scope of work this consulting services procurement work will be carried out consists of;
- Conducting data collection on information from 60 activity participants;
- Carrying out payment processes for 60 activity participants; and
- Carrying out administrative activities regarding fees received from 60 activity participants; and
- Compile a report on the implementation of the work of registering costs for participants in mental development activities and the quality of human resources of the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia.
