This assignment supports implementation of national education policies through the provincial education quality assurance institution in West Java, covering 27 regencies and cities.
The work includes programme planning, advocacy and technical assistance to local governments, monitoring and evaluation, risk assessment and mitigation, and resolution of stakeholder issues. It also covers staff development through mentoring, coaching and training, coordination of consultancy activities, and progress reporting.
Description of Assignment:
The purpose of this activity is to select or procure a consultant for the West Java Province BBPMP so that there is good acceleration. in a way work processes and results of the strategic work programs of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology.
The objective The purpose of this Consulting Services activity is to support the achievement of the strategic programs of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology through the performance of BBPMP so that they can be accepted and implemented in all provinces, districts/cities in Indonesia.
The scope of work The work to be carried out for the Procurement of Consulting Services consists of:
Preparation of Consultant work program plans related to advocacy activities, assistance with Central Government policies to the Regions, monitoring and evaluation in 27 Districts/Cities of West Java Province.
Implementation of advocacy, mentoring, as well as monitoring and evaluation of Central to Regional policies in the West Java Province area.
Identification and risk mitigation against potential issues, challenges, and conflict resolution between stakeholders.
Implementation of Human Resources (HR) development activities for the West Java Province BBPMP periodically and continuously through various mentoring/coaching/training approaches, etc.
The Coordinating Consultant conducts analysis and reports on all consulting work activities in 27 districts/ City West Java Province.
The Coordinating Consultant assists the consultant members in consulting activities.
The implementation of other tasks outside the provisions above is in line with the strategic work program carried out by the West Java Province BBPMP.
